RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you have received a defective or a damaged item purchased from us, you will be eligible for a free replacement or exchange.

To return an unused, damaged or wrongly sent item, an intimation of the same must be made to Aeshaane via e-mail to <support@aeshaane.com> or call within 24 hours from the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to Aeshaane within 7 days from The product receipt date.

If you are sending us an email, it should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that Aeshaane shall examine the returned items for all such defects/variations, based on the customers' e-mails.

The products returned should be in original condition, unused, should have original tags/labels in place and folds intact and returned along with the box in which the product was delivered. The product shall be considered for exchange/ refund only if the customer meets all the above-mentioned criteria.

Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition (as you received it), along with the box in which the item was delivered. We will arrange for an alternate product to be shipped back.

In case you are unable to find an alternate product immediately, we will then check and process a refund through our Payment gateway within 3-5 Business days after receipt of product in its original condition. The funds will be directly transferred back into your bank account and bank/service charges if any have to be fully borne by the client. Please note that processing the refund is completely at the sole discretion of Aeshaane

In case the product tag is removed/ damaged, return policy will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations

At Aeshaane, cancellation of an order is not permitted after placing an order, however, the buyer is eligible to exchange the product as per our Returns policy.
